We want you to love what you ordered. Because every Hem of Grace piece is made to order just for you, our policy works a little differently than a typical store — but we will always make it right.

Damaged, Defective, or Wrong Items

If your order arrives damaged, misprinted, or you received the wrong item, contact us within 30 days of delivery with your order number and a photo of the issue. We will send a free replacement or issue a full refund — your choice. No need to ship anything back.

Size Exchanges

Ordered the wrong size? Reach out within 30 days and we'll do our best to help. Please check our size chart on each product page before ordering — when in doubt, we recommend sizing up for a relaxed fit.

Order Changes & Cancellations

Orders go into production quickly. If you need to change or cancel, contact us within 12 hours of ordering and we'll catch it before printing whenever possible.
