Ordering
How long until my order ships?
Every item is printed to order. Production takes 2–5 business days, then shipping takes 3–7 business days within the US. You'll receive a tracking number by email as soon as your order ships.
Can I change or cancel my order?
Yes — within 12 hours of ordering. After that your order enters production and can no longer be changed. Contact us right away via our Contact page.
Do you ship outside the US?
Right now we ship within the United States only (including Hawaii, Alaska, and US territories).
Products & Sizing
What shirts do you print on?
Our classic tee is the Gildan 5000 — a true unisex fit in soft heavyweight cotton. Our premium tee is the garment-dyed Comfort Colors 1717, loved for its lived-in softness and vintage colors. We also offer Gildan sweatshirts and hoodies.
How do the sizes run?
Our shirts are unisex and run true to size. For a relaxed, oversized look, size up one. Every product page includes a detailed size chart with measurements — please check it before ordering, as we can't accept returns for size changes on made-to-order items.
How do I care for my shirt?
Machine wash cold, inside out, with like colors. Tumble dry low or hang dry. Do not iron directly on the print. Cared for this way, your print will stay bright for years.
Returns
What if my order arrives damaged or misprinted?
We'll make it right — contact us within 30 days of delivery with a photo and we'll send a free replacement or a full refund. No need to ship anything back.
Do you accept returns?
Because every item is made to order, we can't accept returns for change of mind or size changes. But if something isn't right, reach out — we'll always try to find a solution you're happy with.
